Throughout this never-ending process called homeownership you have these moments which give you what I call life lessons.  Eventually something happens, big or small, and you start to collect these life lessons or small notes to self. There is no particular order to how I learned these lessons, but it’s all based on a real experience, a true story, and something that at one point caused a lot of frustration, cost good money, and a few premature grey hairs.  Here they go. My ever changing life lessons regarding being a homeowner. So please, learn from me, definitely teach me something, but try not to repeat what could be avoided.

Good luck you accomplished adult you! You got this.
